Let me lay upon the sand and feel the wind upon my face.
Let me take the warm sun's rays and wrap my soul in wild embrace.
Let me breathe the salt perfume so that my senses will explore,
while I hear the rippling tune of dancing waves upon the shore.
As I close my eyes I dream, and in dreaming make a wish,
that like a dolphin, without fear, I could swim among the fish.
My body calm, my mind at peace, intoxicated by the sun,
I take all that God offers me, until the light of day is done.
For while I breathe, and smell, and touch, and all my senses are set free,
let me float above the waves, and cleanse my soul within the sea.
