Australia, land of dreams,
where dreamtime stories come alive,
Australia, land of hope,
through flood and bushfires we survive.
We came from countries far and wide,
to join our Elders, side by side,
to show the world how it is done,
from many cultures, we are one.
In unity we will rejoice,
in love and friendship we speak one voice.
in times of darkness we lend a hand,
when droughts and cyclones hit the land.
We are Australians, you and I,
we live beneath the Southern Sky.
And for our country we heed the call,
we are Australians, one and all.
